      One of the most aggressive real estate developer in mainland China. Great opportunity to learn how to work in a china background corp, if you interest in. Attractive salary package when you first join the company. Great food for free in BJ and extra holiday.

      Cons

      Some group policy and regulations are out-of-date and not comparable to market. Top down decision making style made things difficult to execute efficiently.
