      Not a hard job but if you're an experienced bartender/server its not the place

      Cons

      Low volume Long hours Management is not very good Tips arent great Micromanagers Cant take time off unless you earned the PTO. So be ready to work for 2 years straight. Great for highschoolers but not service industry proffesionals.
