      Pros

      Always interesting as it is always busy. Leadership team became better for the time I worked there.

      Cons

      Leadership when I began was disorganized and toxic. They replaced the toxic individual for a new leader that made impressive improvements to organization and culture within the company but when she left, the company's culture declined again.
