Pros

Great co-workers for the most part

Cons

Lack of direction and awful leadership hires. Pay is terrible for the amount of work expected and trying to get a raise is like pulling teeth. Employees are also often laid off/terminated without warning. This place prides itself on being "diverse and inclusive" but upper management looks down on those who come from a lower-income background. Do not be fooled by their fake smiles and personalities. Stay far far away from this organization unless you want to work somewhere that feels like high school all over again.

Pros

Integral role in local news.

Cons

Cannot afford to live close enough to the office to be worth the salary.
