      Pros

      -Some high performing engineers work here -Variety of project types

      Cons

      -Dated office and location -Dated drawings and software -Some senior project manager's are strong micromanagers -Full time in the office. Except for company leadership , who spend their time on all-day lunches, hunting trips and golf courses. -Work / life is not addressed. Basic PTO and limited holidays. Fridays are full days no flex weeks.

      Pros

      If your spouse or daddy is an architect you will get a leadership position and an office. Also the owner will buy you pizza if you drive over icy roads while the city has an ice day lol We are so far behind in technology and other firms so you’ll never be replaced by A.I.!

      Cons

      Poor leadership, industry low pay. Good engineers come and go because leadership can’t figure out how to keep them, so you get stuck with bad engineers and embarrassing drawings. The only culture here is looking and sharing different job openings with your coworkers while at lunch.
