Pros

Not much. The lower level people are really hard working and want to make change for the company.

Cons

Everything else. Upper management does nothing. There is no direction. You are often told to shift priorities, you are expected to make miracles happen with no resources, they do not listen when serious legal matters are brought up about situations, they hire a ton of expensive consultants to "help" but really nothing changes.

The pace and turn around time can be fast but it encourages you to learn and adjust quickly.

Cons

Senior leadership is extremely poor. To call the CEO inept would be a compliment. Nepotism has lead to lots of unqualified individuals in positions of power that have absolutely no right to be there. There's been a lot of turnover recently at the director level and they recently told us that the auditors have resigned which does not fill me with confidence in Dalrada's future.
