The apartments they sell are nice.

Cons

I was falsely employed by Damac one day when they called me up themselves. They constantly called me & had to go through 3 interviews. They delayed my start date. Offered me the world and almost ruined my career.

- If they manage to deliver, the flats are well designed - Big company name - With all the constant stress you will grow a thick layer of skin (provided you don't go crazy)

Cons

- Unethical hiring policies - went through 3 interviews, they informed me I was hired. Was asked to send in documents for finalisation, they went quiet for a week. After a week's time I got notified via what's app in horrendous English that they are sorry and they won't be able to hire me. - Google DAMAC and read the articles, they lie to investors, don't deliver on time, deliver bad product and have the worst employee / investor treatment record

Very risky organisation to get into, not even a organisation,all functions are merely on paper specially HR.Co decisions changes every day and on the whims and fancy of MD...All asian employees operate as slaves.Incompetent Labenese Management in sales functions who indulges in lot of malpractises with in company_encourage misselling to the core.Customers are cheated. employees to opt for any other real estate co in dubai then this...will regret for sure
