Great Health Insurance Company however there's where it stops.

Cons

Several processes with very little quick fixes. Certain staff are in the company and remain there because the Management allows it.

Semi-government company, so you get public holidays just like Government employees!

Cons

Wear a suit and bluff full-time even if you know nothing about your job! People who suck up to higher management get better positions and appraisals. Those who work hard and stay low, remain to stay ignored, visibility is the watchword here! Always keep yourself in the books of top management if you need to go up the ladder.
