First ever job, started at 16 and worked here for best part of 3 years. Hours are long especially doubles but the money is unmatched. work ethics have changed over the years. very tired business model. good nucelus of staff. retained tips see waitstaff earning north of £500 a week in tips alone.
Cons
Inability to retain staff and poorly tempered kitchen staff.
