Pros
Good salary potential with bonuses. Small company benefits, so not a lot of red tape e.g. with hr. If you need something, just talk to the CEO
Cons
There was a lot of excessive micromanagement. Poor communication between the leadership and the employees. Better communication would have made it a much better place to work.
