I’m so thankful to be part of this team!! I have only been here a short time, but I really look forward to what my future here holds!! No wonder it's been voted Best Place to Work so many times!! The company offers a great environment and qualities that are either rare or non-existent in most of today’s workplaces. It’s a relaxed and pleasant, yet professional, workplace. Everyone is very nice and helpful, always ready & willing to help you with anything they can. The Damuth management team really sets the bar high for honesty and sharing tools and information with their associates (yes,they don't call them "employees"). Everyone here works hard, but it is acknowledged and appreciated, and it really DOES reflect in your associates when you notice what they do and show appreciation for it. "Shared Values" demonstrates a commitment to trust, sharing and ethics - and it's not a slogan posted on a wall...they actually FOLLOW IT! Associates are provided with the tools and training needed to do their jobs, and are trusted to do their jobs without being micro-managed. And to top all of it, they offer one of the BEST benefit packages I’ve ever seen - complete with many types of insurance, education benefits, paid time off, flexible schedules, retirement, etc.!! I also really love how the company provides the opportunity to help others – there are drives and campaigns company wide and by individual departments that benefit local charities and groups such as local homeless programs, school supply drives, health/wellness causes, and much more!! I have a wonderful boss and great co-workers! It's a great place to be!! It’s really nice to leave work every day with a smile on my face, AND to look forward to coming to work each day!! What a great feeling to actually be excited about your job!!
