Pros

Good pay, great customers. Okay employees.

Cons

Very poor management. Lacks long term vision. Supposed to be one of the best Toyota dealerships in the midwest and probably was, but they refuse to invest in their own growth.

Pros

The management always has the best interest of the customers in mind. This allowed me to be successful in selling because I knew that if I sold a car and something went wrong, my manager would stand up and make it right for my customer. Dan Wolf cares about the employees that work for him. He is a kind hearted person and is often seen walking the sales floor with us.

Cons

Changes in the industry have left the company in need of some changes. They may need an outsiders to make sure that they are keeping up with comparable pay and benefits.
