      Outstanding company posture (being the result of parent company top-tier management alone). Pays on time. Excellent and helpful HR.

      Cons

      Erratic and flat administration. Incompetent mid-to-senior managers. Highly-competent engineers floating around aimlessly consuming themselves over tedious tasks. Usually you get stuck with your initial pay. No bonuses.
