      good place to learn about the Indian culture. and other Nigerian cultures. .lots of ongoing projects to key into . working environment is good

      .poor treatment for Nigerian staff . lack good structure . poor salary . company lacks good structure. . very poor welfare for Nigerian staff . . 80% of all decisions in the company are taking by Indians . can be sacked anytime

      It's a horrible place to work at. Work conditions at the Refinery SBU are appalling.

      You get first hand work experience.

      Cons

      You're not likely to be heard or even acknowledged if you're younger than 35. The salary is trash. You will be worked like a slave especially because the Indians have no concept of basic level of work conditions.

      Pros

      There is some sort of flexibility in work hours. Work hours is between 8am and 5pm, but then no one would harass you if you come to work 10am, as long as you deliver on the job.

      Cons

      There is no clear career path, and that's why I think it's not ideal for younger people who haven't gotten to a reasonable level in their career.
