Evolving and Needs Direction

Pros

The people who work there are nice and the school has potential. Eight hour work day and an hour for lunch. Some positions have flexibility.

Cons

The school lacks direction. They aren’t quite certain where they are going or how to get there. Friends of friends are frequently hired instead of higher education professionals. Best practices within higher ed are often not implemented and therefore it runs like a corporation instead of a school. The work culture is one of uncertainty. Lack of transparency results in increased gossip and fear. The school is under new leadership for the third time and hopefully third time is the charm.
