Beware! Worse company to work for!!

Pros

Zero.... BUT if you overwork yourself for little money and give up all self respect you could possibly climb in this company.

Cons

- Dirty office - Dirty bathrooms - The building is falling apart - The ceo mistreats her employees - The designer is on a major ego trip and treats and speaks to everyone like they are children - If you live on the west-side the commute is horrible! - Beyond low pay! - The ceo expects for you to work on weekends even though you are not being paid for it - The first place where i have been where there really isn't a company culture mainly due to the way the ceo and designer run the business. It's so sad!

Pros

Small company so it’s hands on.

Cons

The owner tries to operate the company like a factory in China. People get in trouble for talking or laughing. The pay is low for the amount of time and hours they expect. Getting time off is a hassle, they make you feel bad for taking time off, just an FYI to the company, PEOPLE GET SICK! People don’t take long vacations because they get scolded for requesting days off. The turnover rate is high.

Pros

Some of the best people aside from the CEO and the jokes for directors.

Cons

No company culture. It is like high school in the work place and the owner (CEO) and directors are nothing but a bunch of bullies. They seem have nothing better to do than spread negativity, knock-off designs and treat their people like crap.
