      This innovative company is on the leading edge of the future of biodegradable, environmentally friendly, and sustainable plastics. The growth-rate has been super fast in my first year and a half. Plenty of opportunities for employees who know their stuff or are fast learners. The challenges and opportunities are plenty and fast-developing. Given the pace at which Danimer is growing, the management team has an attitude that encourages employees to take on new responsibilities, be willing to change, continuous improvement and teamwork. So far, I am very excited and satisfied to be here.
