Pros
I had an amazing experience working with DEM. The senior consultants did not discriminate ideas to me and my colleague, especially those being fresh graduates.
Cons
Downside of working in a small team, which DEM usually prefers, is poor time management. Project delivery was stalled than originally planned because manpower was restricted. It became counter-productive especially when dealing with heavy-bureaucracy government agencies that are demanding.

Pros
Great company to work for. Allows a lot of flexibility as long as you deliver the results. Very flat hierarchy and open communication. Perfect work-life balance. Provides a lot of autonomy and does not interfere with execution.
Cons
Salary increments can take a long time for fruition.
