Inconsistent WFH policies; have remote employees but local employees can't work from home
Poor communication from executive team ( product owners) about vision for products and client account status
Commitments to existing clients are not always top priorities and sometimes not realized during agreed to times
HR is unprofessional in how the deal with employees; inappropriate language, email pictures, jokes, sharing personal information, etc.
Executive Mgmt does not provide opportunities for non technical career growth.
Expected to work whenever there is a need and employees are made to feel guilty if they aren't available late Friday night or early Saturday morning (not told they need to support those hours until Friday afternoon).
