Pros

Health benefits are great Salaries are very competitive Forward thinking projects Kanban team structure - always have work to do Provides avenues for employees to contribute to shaping the project

Cons

Inconsistent WFH policies; have remote employees but local employees can't work from home Poor communication from executive team ( product owners) about vision for products and client account status Commitments to existing clients are not always top priorities and sometimes not realized during agreed to times HR is unprofessional in how the deal with employees; inappropriate language, email pictures, jokes, sharing personal information, etc. Executive Mgmt does not provide opportunities for non technical career growth. Expected to work whenever there is a need and employees are made to feel guilty if they aren't available late Friday night or early Saturday morning (not told they need to support those hours until Friday afternoon).

Pros

Great people/peers. Ready to help, Collaborative.Challenging work. The people/peers are/will be the best part of Dante. Highly skilled and that motivates you as well. Built some great friendships.

Cons

From 2014 everything went south. So many missteps that it's almost a good model on how not to transition into a product company. Senior management just sends emails 24/7 demanding people to work and made to look guilty if you don't. You always need to be on the beck and call even if its a weekend or 3 am on a weekday .You cannot work from home but expected to work non-office hours all the time. CEO has a good vision but has the wrong set of people in management to execute that vision. After poor sales, People were promised that it was going to be a billion dollar company but 50% were laid off 3 months later because there were virtually no sales. HR can be unprofessional and inappropriate. Please don't trust the "Keep up the good work" reviews especially from former employees unless keeping up the good work means going downhill.
