Others will definitely have a different experience, but on my end there was zero advantage here - other than being able to recognize an unstable CEO, onboarding and staff

CEO is the person who hires and fires, no HR, extremely disorganized, unethical as a fintech company allowing use of personal computers, no communication, cancelled meetings left and right, no communication between offices, barcelona office is neglected entirely
