Pros

Pays your gym membership. Learn a lot of skills in a short period of time. The base level workers (non-management) are very kind and willing to help.

Cons

Crunch is expected all of the time. Skeleton crews everywhere. Brittle tech stack due to chasing the next fad constantly. Leadership lacks direction and leans on ideas from the base level workers. Excessive pressure to use AI with reckless abandon, where in a company meeting the CEO stated "If you are not using AI to a degree that concerns your peers, colleagues, and friends or family, you are not using it enough". Company has made questionable ethical choices (see Miquela's leukemia ad campaign).
