      Revolving Door For Salary Employees

      Pros

      Good base pay with bonus and decent healthcare insurance.

      Cons

      -Common to find old-school management style (manage by intimidation). -Company went through four plant managers, three operations managers, six+ maintenance supervisors / planners / storeroom supervisors, and six+ engineers in the last five years to list a few.

      Pros

      Daramics leaders are really focused on important issues. We were lacking dirction and cascading from crisis to crisis. The crises are less and the progress is palatable.

      Cons

      With the clear direction, expectations have increased. Some folks will need help. One question: will the management team stay intact?

      Hourly workers and some supervision was great.

      Cons

      Senior leadership very deceitful and shady. Shut the doors on 96 good people. Kept useless supervisors around that lied on Resumes to get job in first place

      Closing the Corydon facility was a very difficult decision because we know it impacted people. We appreciate the service and dedication of all employees and wish them success.
