Culture & Values: The value that I aligned with most was Growth. I was with the company as we flipped the business model on a dime from an in-person event-focused community to a completely digital networking platform. Personally adapting is one thing, but helping the company establish itself in the virtual world has been an accomplishment I'll always pride myself in. Senior Management: Have an incredible vision for the company. We had a head start on the industry during the pandemic because we were already building out the digital capabilities months before the US went into lockdown.
