Pros

Nice location, modern furniture and good places to eat on your break.

Cons

This place had a very bad karma. Heavy atmosphere ! People don't socialize one each other. They don't even say hello or good morning one each other. Totally stucked on the 90's in terms of operations. For example, leadership is something that's does not exists over there. Instead they have the picture of a traditional BOSS - someone that's have no clue about the project where the only thing that he used to do is to push people hour by hour . I was working for about 12 ad agencies in England and Dare is not the worst one, but got the second place. I've no clue how such place can have great accounts. Does not make any sense to me.

Pros

Offers 30 days off and a budget to purchase nothing but books for personal development.

Cons

Worked at Dare for 1.6 years. First of all, don't join Power Team, they don't make money and don't think ever will. You might get a not bad salary based on experience, however don't dream about bonuses. Management has no clue managing people, and communication is joke. If you are a typical sales guy, who can play politics, don't worry about contribution, you will make it. i know what you are thinking... :) - Dare is only for those who has no experience, can't find a job, tried everything and this is the only offer you have! No joke, I mean it. If you are going to join Dare, by leaving your current place, mate, just don't be fool and instead stay at your place or look for another place. Because I guarantee you that you will be looking for another place no more than 6 months after working at Dare. - Need to get a day off? You have to request from head of the desk... - Hybrid work? It is a BS... they expect you to come to the office 4 days a week. - Mental health, work coach, constructive feedback or any kind of support does not exist here.

Pros

Office location. Good list of clients.

Cons

Difficult senior management, with large egos. Opportunity to grow/advance is very limited. Constant late hours/overtime (even for small agency, no acknowledgement and resources booked based on this philosophy) High-turn over of employees (account and creative). Extremely stressful and employee-competitive driven due to Sr. Management direction. Unprofessional environment and demands.
