Pros
-I made tips in my position, but only certain positions are allowed to accept them -Free tickets (One per week that you work) -Free parking -People I worked with were the driving force behind my tenure here -Most jobs are super easy...there's some stress with being a waitress but it's mostly fairly simple
Cons
-Upper management: they only care about the dollar. They could care less how they get it and they don't treat employees right. I've witnessed employees get yelled at merely for drinking water at their cash register when it's 90 degrees out...while management walks by sipping their Tim's. -Pay: beware of the breaks that they force on you. If you work in two meal periods, the law is that you get the option to take two breaks, but it's not required. They try and force you even if you can't take the second break because you're too busy so you end up losing out on money. But when it's brought up to them they say it's only a half an hour and to basically get over it... -Refuse to listen to customer complaints and are hell-bent on doing things their way...even when it's the wrong way
