Pros

None anymore. Salaries used to be adequate, now they are kings at low balling.

Cons

Inadequate facilities. Bait and switch. Your passport determines your salary and then you are stuck. No way to advance or improve.

Pros

They invest in good employee events and team building. Work with great people from all over the world. Training was awesome (before they slashed the budget)

Cons

There are huge issues with leadership that no amount of events and incentives can fix. Just because you throw money at your employees doesn’t mean you can treat them with little to no respect. Bullying is rife and just swept under the carpet- especially by HR and execs. The variance in pay between people is shocking and clearly based on race and gender - you’ll have 2 people doing the exact same job at the exact same level but because of one persons nationality they will be paid half or even a third of their colleague. It’s terrible and nothing has been done to fix it. Whatever they promise you during the recruitment phase is a lie. Forget promotions or career development as well - it’s actively blocked so you have to stay in the same position forever or quit.
