      Great family oriented company that is tight knit.

      DART is not a great company

      Pros

      Salary is fairly decent, the people there are, for the most part good people.

      Cons

      They are extremely anti-union, and emphasize that upon employment, HR has issues of selective treatment and nepotism. They tend to ignore or mistreat talented people and long term employees get fired when their salaries cap out, they complain about problems that management, or logistical needs has created and suggest solutions, unless they are managers.
