Family orientated, good working environment

Dartcom is the only company that I have worked with that has a solid and transparent learnership program with a good stipend, and over 90% absorption after concluding the program. Many former learners have stayed for long periods of time and have aggrandized in their careers, it's all in your attitude. The company values skills development and has provided numerous students with work-integrated learning in their respective fields, and has successfully aided in launching careers to young people over the years. The whole driving force of this program is to empower previously disadvantaged youth by giving them the skills that they need for the workforce; the core belief is that if you can start here, you can go anywhere and that you are the creator of your own future. I have enjoyed working in this company and seeing people grow, flourish and own their career path. This company will equip you for your future career and there is an open door policy where you can share your wins, losses, challenges, frustrations with senior management and know that you will be heard because you matter.
