      If you wind up at a large account, Dartcor pays towards the top end of the industry in this area.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Small company still dealing with growing pains after 35 years of operation. Little direction from management on how to effectively operate and do the job. Management continually changes their focus week to week, but often hour by hour.
