First they 3 Layoffs in 2023 Company wasn't able to sell their product to the clients Employees were told that grass is always green, company is doing good. When they laid off the employees in the start of 2023, company made huge claims that we won't be laying off. We have enough to go on for another 4 years. Every time we were told that if we complete this feature then client will be onboarded. This kept on happening. In November co-CEO said that we will be laying off the 75% of work force and employees will be get paid. After more than an month employees didn't get their salaries of two months and compensation. Everyone was asked to put their resignations. Seems like the Co-CEO doesn't know what he is doing. Employees have no way of reaching out to upper management for their salaries and severance that company owes. Firing the employees is one thing but for god sake do give them their salaries and severances. Moreover during joining they committed in their policy for bonus and they didn't gave that. They had a policy of stock options and that wasn't given to employees too
