Pros

Salary is decent , insurance is good, employee outings are a few times a year

Cons

Your feelings mean very little to management. Some departments severely understaffed. Growth continues but work is piled on the few who realize stress and aggravation take a toll on their mind body and health.

Pros

Unfortunately, I cannot think of anything. Some of the leaders are nice people.

Cons

Do you like to take initiative on projects, working strategically and collaboratively with internal partners? Do you enjoy learning new things and using innovative technology? Then I would not suggest working here. The majority of time is spent avoiding and navigating social politics. The family environment actually inhibits hires from "outside" the family from ever getting a chance to contribute anything of value here. You will quickly get to a point where you realize there is no value in adding your voice/opinions or drawing on any past experience to help the company. The customers are relatively unhappy and the internal support is nonexistent.
