      Good commission structure with no thresholds Friendly teams Good location Very sociable environment They pay for your parking Management are open to hearing concerns

      No flexibility at all on home working Unnecessarily long hours High staff turnover Get a 'desperate' feel from them. They will take anyone on Some of the team leaders aren't billing - so it's very confusing that they are in a high position
