-There has been a lot of turnover the past few years while growth changes have been implemented. Most are a result of incorrect hiring/placement for certain job roles. A lot of employees use this as their first job out of college, and it turns out to be a stepping stone in their career instead of something long term. Their work ethic has not been established yet.
-Although the office space is beautiful, it is not set up in a way to be efficient for the employees. The teams are separated from each other and do not have opportunities to interact much. The sales team do not have designated spaces for them to conduct their calls and meetings. Same for the research team and conducting their interviews. The office is open concept, which is very nice looking, but not correct for this type of company.
-Most decisions still need to go through the CEO, which itself is not particularly a bad thing, but the CEO can be very hard to get a response from, and will flip-flop his wants/direction quite often. This leads to employees feeling whip-lashed and uncertain about their job and the company.
