The founders of the company and the management care a lot about their employees, they are always willing to help you out & care about your mental health. Generally you don't have any crazy deadlines, all extra hours are being paid. If the project allows it - you can manage your schedule. WFM (remote) days, English classes, conferences & training. Birthday parties & free ice-cream, comfy offices. Health insurance.
