      Flexible because there was limited to no structure and proper governance for most people’s performance.

      Cons

      Horrific integrity as leaders from top management. Too much faking everywhere. No respect for hardworking staff but too much personal preferences and agendas.

      You are supposed to be on your duty phone 24/7, and management always like to renegotiate the commission instead of the agreed structure
