You were given opportunities outside of what your role asked for so you get experience.

Cons

You will not get any pay or bonus for any extra work you do outside your required tasks. You will not be acknowledged. There is no chance of promotion. Your screen will be recorded throughout your hours of work and you cannot leave until you complete eight hours even if your work is completed.

1. Screen recording software makes one bounded. 2. Notice period system is not so good. 3. Constant kicking out of employees takes place for misleading information provided by new employee,they should check this information prior.

Don't know when you will get ask to leave. I am a family man joined as an intern during lockdown with documented till Dec 2023, but when I reached 60k per month, the company asked me to leave with no compensation on 5.5 paid leave (got lapsed). No performance appraisal, no meetings. Bitter experience, not at all employee-centric company.
