There’s lots of room to learn, take on new challenges, and build your career. Turnover is low, which says a lot about how people feel working here. The business makes a real effort to bring people together, with monthly team lunches, regular events, and thoughtful recognition of employee birthdays and work anniversaries. Those small things genuinely make a difference. The office perks are great too. Generous snacks, plenty of parking, and lots of little touches that make it a nice place to be. Overall, Dashing is a values led company that does great work and genuinely looks after its people.
