Cons
Toxic CEO that pitifully tries to pump stock but knows nothing about tech or software dev. And the guy barely shows up at the office. And when he does show up, adds zero value and rants about what he heard on Tucker Carlson the night before. Stay far away. The founder has no morals and drives away any good talent that can call him out on his BS. And the board in place is just on paper, so there is no real board to hold him accountable (set up that way intentionally). He is the definition of a charlatan.. and not a good one at that. The co founder CTO has talent, but no backbone and absolutely zero business acumen. And I’ve never seen a CFO around. No proper oversight for a public company.. What once was looked like a promising venture is now a disaster. Everything good that happened in the last couple years seems to have happened in spite of the CEO. I truly believe he alone completely ruined this company.
