Young colleagues so working style is energetic, proactive for working level.
Cons
Family-business, head changed their direction/ instruction so quickly and frequently that staff was hardly to follow and outcome never met expectation. Low paid, department head were mostly long time employees because of niche market and low pay, so not necessarily because of good skills or competencies. Some ppl felt it was a toxic environment.
