      Few seniors are really approachable and understanding. Work Life Balance in my project Good incentives and salary. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Mass layoffs occasionally due to US clients withdrawal of project and tender and contract cancellation. Target based job No career growth HR is not transparent about the job process during joining and interviews.
