      Pros

      - The managers will work with you on professional development - You will be recognised for what you do well - You get quite a bit of autonomy, especially once you're managing clients on your own - Really nice culture with a huge variety and very little office-politics - The company treats employees like people and not robots

      Cons

      Agency work isn't for everyone. It can be fast paced, unpredictable, challenging and you can end up feeling like a fish out of water at times.
