Pros
Data Intensity is a great place to work as they always value the efforts contributed by the workers. Management helps the workers to learn new technologies by providing certification reimbursement. They encourage people by providing quarter awards with some cash. My management is great and they always motivate me and my co-workers. The work-life balance is really good here. I've been working here for the last 7 years and I would expect to count more in upcoming years.
Cons
There are some places DI has to improve like frequent Team Dinner/Lunch and outstation outings so people will have some collaboration and work effectively. However, DI managed to provide basic perks.
