Depending on where you're placed, project wise, you may be faced with a lot of hectic scheduling. Management tends to over-promise and rely on it's employees to scramble to meet and deliver those promises. In those cases you'll work overtime and will not see any reward for it, paid or unpaid. Team Leads/Manager should be given the sole reins to lead their teams to success. Chance for growth is sporadic. If you're not interested in going for MicroStrategy or Tableau certification this may not be the place for you. This is the bread and butter of the company and everyone needs to get them. Other certifications are unlikely to be paid for.

Assuming the company is going to exist for the next few years, it is a great place for inexperienced individuals seeking on the job training for leadership position. Instead of investing on experienced professionals the company prefers to fill leadership positions with individuals with zero experience (cost saving). Managers at Data Meaning are not only inexperienced, but also never received a formal leadership training. If one showed up randomly at Data Meaning, it won’t be too long before they see common traits of ineffective leadership. Micro managing, unclear objective, no accountability, taking credit for everything…etc are all too common at Data meaning. For a company of its size, the attrition rate is too high (hence my opening statement of this review).
