Pros

The work environment was toxic, and the upper management exhibited particularly toxic behavior. To this day, I am uncertain whether the company was legitimate or if the entire experience was some form of elaborate ruse. Regrettably, I was not compensated for the work I performed for the company. All my post ideas were collected onto a USB drive to prevent the possibility of my work being deleted in the event that payment was withheld. This raises the question of why the company required all my work on a USB drive if they had no intention of paying me. Upon further reflection, I believe I now understand the reason for this practice, as it became evident when they subsequently denied my payment. Although free lunch was provided, it was subject to strict conditions. Employees were only permitted to eat after upper management had finished their meals, and the buffet was not replenished regularly. Additionally, the selection was limited to a single dish, and socializing with colleagues during lunchtime was prohibited. Overall, the experience felt restrictive, and employees were required to consume their meals in a manner reminiscent of a correctional facility. In summary, I wish to express my disappointment with the company's practices and would not recommend it as a desirable employer.

Cons

It is with great remorse that I must reveal that I was instructed to post fraudulent reviews on various social media platforms, including Facebook, and to conceal any negative comments regarding the company's payment practices. As a newcomer to the industry, I naively believed that such practices were acceptable, but I now realize the gravity of my actions and feel deeply ashamed. During my tenure with the company, I witnessed several instances where employees were denied their rightful wages. I regret not speaking up at the time and still carry the weight of that decision. I recall one employee who was hired with a specific job title but had it altered a week later, resulting in a reduced salary. She resigned from her position, but the company refused to compensate her for the week she had worked. The company's modus operandi was to target inexperienced employees who were eager to gain industry exposure, and thus they remained in a toxic work environment simply to acquire experience to apply elsewhere. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering working for this company to exercise caution and thoroughly investigate the organization before accepting a position. My experience has left me with regret and a newfound appreciation for the importance of ethical workplace practices
