      Pros

      Somewhat flexible work from home option. Benefits were okay at first, until they switched to a new company.

      Cons

      You will be overloaded with work while management tells you that you aren't doing enough. If you are working toward a promotion, they will make you jump thru many unnecessary hoops to be considered. If you are expecting annual salary increases, don't count on it. You will have to find a new job and give notice to receive a raise. They have their favorites and those are the only ones to get promotions or receive any acknowledgement for their hard work.
