      They hire on the spot and don't check out one's former employers.

      Cons

      Sex discrimination, age discrimination, cursing, screaming, hostile work environment, fire hazards, unclean offices - Covid petri dish Hot warehouse, no noise reduction for warehouse workers. No routine forklift training, no issuing of helmets for forklifts. No safety program at all.

      I loved working at Datarush. The people working that are professionals. They also care about me as one of their employees. I have worked at other places that treat their employees like a number. Sometimes it is hard work, but worth it!
