Flexible working options: Good work-life balance with a hybrid model—3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Learning opportunities: Access to online courses and occasional in-house training sessions.
Cons
Pace can be intense: Project deadlines are tight, which sometimes means working late during busy periods. Limited career progression: Advancement opportunities within the team feel a bit limited unless you’re willing to move departments. Communication from management: Updates on company changes can be a bit slow or unclear at times.
