Pros

Work Work Work..There is clueless and endless work.

Cons

Bonus is not paid properly. They don't provide any cab services for girls, the shift is mainly night shift 5pm-3am. Still no transportation provided to women employees. Management don't care about such situations. Expect to work during weekend without any compensation. Bond for getting increment. Very poor management. Notice period is of 3 months. Extremely high attrition rate.

Thank you for your feedback. The points that you have mentioned are discussed explicitly before extending you the offer. We are extremely flexible with the notice period and have let many employees go before their stipulated notice. Bonuses are paid timely with March's salary and the point that you mentioned about "bond for increment" is utterly ridiculous. Please refrain from maligning the company policies without any factual basis.

Thank you for the feedback. Regarding the usage of the word "politics", We assume it is more on the level of transparency in the organisation. It has always been the objective of the company to be open and transparent in communication. In fact, we have an open-door policy. We assume you may be referring to the requirement between the layers to filter out information to ease work. We acknowledge it isn't always perfect but we are committed. Same goes with the apparent "favouritism" between employees, we may appear to invest more time into some of the employees but that is because we see the requirement in them to develop and also their zeal to learn and grow more. We sincerely hope you too are able to learn and grow more during your tenure with us. Please feel free to approach the HR or the management if you ever feel anything that you think is not correct or use the anonymous grievance portal to do so. We are always there to help you.

Pros

Learning is good and quick

Cons

Toxic work culture and lack of empathy, trust and transparency from leadership Management doesn't care about employees' well being Very low salaries and poor compensation, across the company Bonus is not paid for some or the other policy reasons, which employees aren't made aware about Weekend work, but compensation/ overtime is not paid Only 1.25 leaves per month, i.e. 15 per year Updated offer letters aren't given after hike. They promise to give updated letter later, but deny when asked while leaving 3 months notice period and salary is cut for 1st month of notice period On resignation, management speaks rudely and threaten to not give relieving letter or talk bad while reference checks in future They don't give updated compensation letter after hike. They always fear that employees will leave Compare employees with each other and keep criticizing instead of appreciating their uniqueness and helping them improve/ grow Did not allow remote work until Covid happened. WFH had to be specifically taken approval for, and employees are told it is a privilege you should earn, there is no flexibility They installed tracking software on every employees' laptop during when we started working from home during Covid. Prior to that, working from home was not encouraged, unless absolutely necessary. Most of the employees have had a difficult and bad exit

We are extremely sorry if you actually experienced all the things that you claim to have. The 3 month notice period is explicitly mentioned in your offer letter, which you read and accept before joining and DataBeat is usually flexible in letting employees leave earlier than the 3 month notice period. There is clear communication on increment and bonus cycles, and even during these tough times we are giving increments and have asked the employees about their thoughts as to what they expect. Leaves and appraisal cycles are mentioned clearly in the policy document. The last month's salary is taken to be part of the full and final settlement and hence is withheld and released with the F&F. Thankfully, learning had been good and quick for you despite the so-called criticising of employees and stifling of growth in the organisational culture and we are happy for you. This is also something we definitely need to observe more to understand as to how this anomaly happens !!!
