Professional Environment and good cultural values

I have been associated with DE for about close to 2 years in my professional journey. I would say that this is the best company irrespective of it's size. This actually operates more professionally than some of the classy companies in the market. DE is equipped with versatile professional personalities, including it's Founders. The kind of vision and planning it has got is mesmerizing. People here are amazing with Unity and with eye for details. Besides that, I would say that this is also a perfect place to Freshers as well as to people who always thrive to learn and excel.
Cons
Work From Home - Though it is said 3 days from Office and 2 days from home, DE has fixed days as Mon, Wed and Friday to be available in office. It would be really flexible if these can be fixed by the employee's availability.
