      Pros

      Generous PTO, decent 401K match, health care is affordable if you do not have a family. Bi weekly lunches and a generally fun environment a lot of times. Casual dress.

      Cons

      Pays below market. Recently acquired by a company. Upper management no longer prioritizes employee satisfaction, only concerned with parent company. Development team as a HIGH turnover rate. Can be cliquey at times.

      Pros

      The Culture. The leadership team is committed to treating employees with respect and genuinely care about the team they are building. The Purpose. Without sounding too hippy dippy the leadership and employees are driven by a need to make a positive impact on the world. It's refreshing to be a part of a company that takes a customer first approach.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains, but much healthier than most companies growing at this rate.
